These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FuelMarket mobile application and website, and your placement of fuel orders and enquiries through the platform. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
FuelMarket is a B2B fuel marketplace that connects verified buyers with registered fuel suppliers and depots. FuelMarket facilitates order placement and communication but does not supply fuel directly unless stated otherwise.
Where delivery is selected, you must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure site access for offloading. Where self-collection is selected, collection must occur at the nominated depot within the agreed timeframe.
Payment terms, invoicing, and settlement are agreed between you and the supplier fulfilling the order. FuelMarket may facilitate order records and status updates but is not responsible for supplier invoicing unless explicitly stated.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible through the app or directly with the supplier. Accepted orders may be subject to cancellation fees or restocking charges as determined by the supplier.
FuelMarket may require identity or business verification before certain orders are released to suppliers. Orders may be placed on hold pending verification completion.
FuelMarket is not liable for supplier delays, quality disputes, quantity shortfalls, or force majeure events. To the extent permitted by law, FuelMarket's liability is limited to facilitating communication and order records on the platform.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
